Hustlers Week 4 grades: 2-1, and the Under was never close

Every pick graded, win or lose. Here is where I was right and where I was not.

Giants pick'em vs Cardinals: WIN

Final: Giants 36, Cardinals 24

They won outright. The read was time of possession and field position against a defense that gives everything back, and that is how it played.
36 points from a team that scored 12 the week before is more than I needed, but I will take it.

Final: Vikings 15, Dolphins 10

Miami's scoring, four games: Week 1 10 pts, Week 2 13 pts, Week 3 13 pts, Week 4 10 pts

Twenty-five points, under by 13.5. I called it a hammer and it was the easiest of the three.
Miami has now scored 10, 13, 13 and 10. Four games, 46 points, no outlier in either direction.

Final: 49ers 24, Broncos 14

Lost by 10. San Francisco was without Nick Bosa and Mike Evans and still won by double digits.
That one is on me. I weighted the injury report too heavily and ignored that the Niners had committed one penalty all game. Clean teams beat banged-up ones.

Totals are carrying me. That is not a strategy, it is a sample size of two, and I will say so before anybody else does.
