Week 4 report card: every game graded on how they played, not just who won
Grades are about how a team played, not just the final score. A win can earn a D, and a loss can earn a C.
45-24. Atlanta ran for 205 and five touchdowns. New Orleans put up 24 and it didn't come close to mattering.
23-12. Chicago held it 42 minutes and gained 492 yards. The Jets ran 32 plays and took 12 penalties.
29-26. Maye threw three touchdowns and won it with a two-point conversion. Buffalo's defense gave up 405 yards.
24-14. No Bosa, no Evans, one penalty all game, and they still won by 10.
32-26. Zero turnovers. Detroit threw for 412 and ran it 15 times.
36-24. Down 14-3, scored 33 of the last 43, finished with a 98-yard pick-six. Arizona put up 24 and hit a 60-yard field goal, it just couldn't hold on.
30-13. Washington led 6-0 early, then Indy took over behind two Jonathan Taylor touchdowns and a Daniel Jones scramble. One penalty, three fourth-down stops. Hard to grade higher against a third-string quarterback.
30-27. Vegas led 19-17 with under five minutes left. Kenneth Walker scored twice in 15 seconds to flip it, and a late Brock Bowers touchdown made it close. Kansas City is 4-0 without looking dominant once.
22-17. Three field goals, including two from 54-plus, and a Brian Thomas Jr. touchdown before the half. Cincinnati's defense held Jacksonville to one offensive touchdown until late, but you can't win running for 23 yards.
24-20. Philly led 20-10 at the half and didn't score again. Kyren Williams ran in two fourth-quarter touchdowns to win an ugly one, and the Eagles finished with 172 total yards and four sacks allowed.
30-23. Seattle led 30-6 late in the third and coasted. The Chargers turned it over four times and took 16 penalties, and their last 17 points came after the game was gone.
24-18. Henry scored on the opening drive and a 64-yard field goal made it 24-7 at halftime. Baltimore didn't score again and nearly let Cam Ward steal it, a touchdown and two-point conversion pulled Tennessee within six with 1:16 left.
34-30. Houston led by 10 at halftime and took 13 penalties trying to hold it. Javonte Williams ran in three touchdowns, and Dak found CeeDee Lamb with 43 seconds left to win it on the road.
27-24. Cleveland scored all 21 of its first-half points in the second quarter and sacked Rodgers five times. Pittsburgh tied it with 1:42 left, then a 56-yarder with 15 seconds left won it.
15-10. Five Will Reichard field goals, no touchdowns, and Minnesota's 4-0 anyway. Miami's defense sacked the quarterback four times and held the Vikings out of the end zone, then the offense managed 10 points and 198 yards.
17-14. An ugly one in Tampa. Green Bay hit a 58-yarder before the half and needed a replay challenge to turn an incompletion into a touchdown. Tampa's undrafted rookie threw two picks and still had a chance at the end, which says more about Green Bay than Tampa.
